FAQ
Q: How do you accept payment?
A: Payment is accepted in either Zelle, Cash app, Venmo, Check, or Credit-Card (Credit cards includes a 3%fee)
Q: Do we need 2 photographers?
A: We recommend having 2 photographers if you would like to capture both bride and groom prep, venue decor shots and if you are expecting over 100 guests.
Q: Where are you based and do you travel?
A: We are based in New York City. However, we are available to travel!
Q: Do you edit our photos?
A: All photos will be edited with color correction, cropping, and enhancement of lighting. We strive to maintain the same quality that you see in our portfolio with every client. We are capable of doing more intensive retouching if needed but this will be an additional cost per photo.
Q: How will we receive the photographs?
A: After completion of the wedding day, we will provide you with sample images within 7 days because we know you'll be excited to share some of the images. The complete online gallery will be available within 2-4 weeks of the wedding day and the wedding album will be delivered 2 weeks after confirmation of the final draft.
